| Meet Chef Karlinda Moes . . . |

|
Murphys
Camp's Head Chef Karlinda Moes believes good food is one
of the keys to a successful and memorable camp or retreat.
Born and raised on a Midwestern dairy farm, Karlinda
learned the art of the homecooked meal and regularly
delights camp guests with her delicious, innovative, and
hardy creations. The camp Dining Hall has a charming
"Country Kitchen" atmosphere that makes every
meal a homespun delight! Karlinda is the mother of five
and grandmother of ten, so she understands the variety of
likes and dislikes of the typical family. Menus are
carefully planned to fit the occasion, the type of
retreat, and the age of the campers. Most commonly heard
comment: "This is NOT typical camp food."
